For those of you who don't know me, my name is Sebastian Baez.
Born and raised in the Dominican Republic
Growing up, I was the kind of kid who wanted to understand how everything worked.
Whether it was design, technology, sports, or storytelling. That curiosity never really went away.
If anything, it became the foundation for everything I do.
Over time, I developed a deep interest in how ideas spread, why people connect with certain messages,
and what makes a brand or product feel “alive.”
I’ve always been drawn to problem-solving, creativity, and the blend between the analytical and the artistic.
That’s what pulled me into marketing, design, tech, and the worlds I move in today
Outside of work, I’m constantly exploring. I love learning — books, podcasts, long YouTube rabbit holes —
anything that helps me understand people and the world a little better.
At my core, I’m someone who likes building, experimenting, and growing — but more importantly,
I’m someone who never stopped being that kid who wondered how things worked.
